Tracey Tapp

Tracey Tapp has an extensive background in training and development, meeting design and facilitation, strategic planning, teambuilding, performance feedback and other areas related to organization effectiveness.

Prior to joining Applied Research, Tapp was the organization effectiveness manager at Armstrong World Industries in South Gate, California. There, she provided all plant employees with 72 hours of team and computer skills training, which enabled them to carry out higher levels of work. Before that, she was the senior organization development specialist at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, where she provided change management expertise to two successful re-engineering projects.

She holds a bachelor's degree in the political economy of industrial societies from University of California, Berkeley and a master's degree in organization development from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif.
