Ray Crew has been a leading performance improvement expert for more than 20 years. During the past ten years, Ray has served in senior leadership positions, directing learning and organizational development initiatives for The American Automobile Association and Arbitration Forums Inc.

Previously, Ray was head of Research and Product Development for Development Dimensions International and Kaset International (now Achieve Global). He is co-author of The Service Leaders Club, recognized as one of the top five business books of 1997 by The Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals. He also has authored numerous articles and monographs.

In both staff roles and as an independent consultant, Ray has developed a wide variety of multimedia learning and consulting solutions for organizations who were challenged in developing leaders, creating customer loyalty, increasing sales, measuring performance and improving employee selection and succession.

Rayâ??s clients have included Nationwide Insurance, Air Canada, Sonoco, Sprint, Scottish Hydro, Hydro Quebec, Air Canada and Thiokol Corporation.

In addition, Ray has been a journalist, professional broadcaster, screen writer, playwright and film director. His works have gained acclaim and earned awards from The American Marketing Association, The Florida Motion Picture and Television Association and numerous regional theaters.

Ray is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a masterâ??s degree in Educational Psychology. A cum laude graduate of Cabrini College with undergraduate degrees in History and English, he was the 2004 recipient of the Alumni Distinguished Achievement Award.

He is an avid sailor and a licensed Coast Guard captain. Ray has served on the boards of youth athletic associations and community theater groups.
