Executive Vice President

Maggie brings 20 years of experience to the Applied Research assessment, consulting and coaching services. She has worked extensively with major global and domestic companies in the areas of executive assessment and coaching, succession planning and development, high potential identification and sales and marketing leadership development.
Maggie has been a core member of Applied Research for seventeen years, working with managers and executives across many levels, industries and functions. She has acted in multiple roles, ranging from Executive and Transition Coach to directing and implementing large-scale assessment processes and using individual assessment tools to select and develop managers at all levels. Clients have included BP Amoco, Warner-Lambert, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Coca-Cola, Merrill Lynch, KeySpan, Prudential Insurance and many others.
Prior to Applied Research, Maggie was a member of AT&T's Corporate Psychological Group, where she engaged in activities to support the company's Quality Initiatives, as well as implemented processes to assess and develop managers' capacity to assume positions of broader responsibility. She was also a key member of the consulting project team dedicated to developing and implementing assessment processes for Televerket, the Swedish Telephone Company.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Maggie did her graduate work at The City University of New York's Graduate Center, Baruch College. She supports many community activities, and is on the board of trustees for Eastern Long Island's Have a Heart Community Trust. Additionally, she is on the board of Southampton Bottling Company, a regional microbrewery with a growing presence throughout the Northeastern United States.
