Manager, Professional Development Programs
 Bringing over 18 years of experience in human resource management, training and development, Julie joined Applied Research in 1998. Specializing in the assessment and development of managers and individuals within large corporations, Julie has worked across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, energy, finance, legal and healthcare.
At Applied Research, Julie is active in a variety of assessment and development programs. She manages both the 360-degree Feedback Program, as well as the Career Development training programs, which includes in-depth practical seminars in individual and team development planning. Julie is a skilled and experienced facilitator and is active in the development of innovative and exciting programs for a broad range of clients.
Prior to joining Applied Research in 1998, Julie was a Human Resources Manager for a major law firm in the City of London, England and has worked for a major healthcare corporation in Sydney, Australia as well as a law firm in New York City.
Julie holds an honors degree in organizational psychology and graduated in the top 5% of her class at the University of Wales. She is active in her local community and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Metuchen Education Foundation, a N.J. based charitable corporation. |
